Commissions

To request a commission, send me an email using the “shop” tab.You will need a clear and easy to read reference sheet, moodboard or image in order to commission me.
I will not go off of a text description.Since we both need to come to an agreement when ordering a piece, I will reach out to you by email as soon as I receive your commission request.
After I've received the details of your request, we can chat and settle with an idea.I will not update you regularly, so make sure you send me an email if you want to know where I'm at in the creation process. Otherwise, I will contact you only when the piece is ready for your final approval or if there are details that need further negotiations. (↓ see below ↓)⚠ Edits are made on basis of minor changes, such as colors, effects and background. No edits will me made regarding art style, clothes, hair or pose. I have the right to decline any edits that relates to art style, or edits I consider major.
There will no edits made after completion._{*If you don't answer the first email send to you, I will not process your request. Make sure you answer me as soon as you can, so I can start your illustration promptly.}✧✧✧

Payment

Payments are made through Paypal invoicing only, and after your commission request has been accepted by email.You must pay me forward to get the process running smoothly (and to make sure I'm paid what I'm owed). You cannot pay me half now, half later. The payment must be made in full before the project is started.I do not take mixed payments, or payments that include gift cards, DA points or other currencies besides direct USD unless there is a special opening.✧✧✧

Refunds

I have a right to refund a commission at any time!
If you are simple and easy to work with, this does not apply to you.If you make repetitive requests for major changes throughout the process, you will receive a refund warning. Further modification requests will lead to a partial refund.
( ↓ see below ↓ )If you cancel an order mid-creation, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
If the artwork is close to completion, you will not be granted a refund.✧✧✧

What I will do / What I won't do

I rarely refuse commissions. However, there are things I will not draw.
Make sure your request is appropriate and does not include things I wouldn't do, otherwise your commission request will be denied.What I will do: Humans, humanoids, hybrids, animals, bugs or flora.
NSFW: Nudity, light kink, light gore and weapons.
(This will need to be negotiated prior to starting the piece.)What I won't do: Realism, changes in art style (such a changing my own or mimicking another), landscapes, objects or calligraphy.
NSFW: Heavy kink, heavy gore, minors, animals or close-up genitalia.
(I reserve myself the right to refuse any fetish I'm not comfortable with.)⚠ NSFW artworks may only be commissioned by those 18 and up.

Working hours

I respond to requests from Monday to Friday between 4PM and 9PM (EST) and work on illustrations only during this time period.If you have urgent questions or modifications, make sure to send me an email and I will answer your concerns as soon possible.✧✧✧

AI Art & NFTs

You are free to post the commission to any website, but you must credit me.
You are not allowed to make a profit from the commission you purchased.
This includes stickers and merch.Under no circumstances are my illustrations to be uploaded to AI or NFT websites.✧✧✧

Complaints

I'm not satisfied with my piece. Can I get a refund?No.
You did not pay for an item, you paid for a service.
If the service that you paid for has been delivered, such as completing the artwork in totality (or near-totality), you will not be granted a refund.This policy also includes art trades and raffle rewards. No artwork will be redone.Make sure to check in with me if you have any concerns about the illustration while it is being created. All issues can be resolved through proper communication.***Why is my order taking so long?I am sorry if your artwork is taking longer to create than I initially stated.
This is not my main occupation and I have a full-time job.If the commission exceeded the time period I gave you, feel free contact me to check on the progress of your commissioned piece. I will send you detailed information on the state of the artwork and answer any of your questions. If, however, you no longer want to proceed due to production time, we can process a partial refund (50%) of the amount paid, given it's not close to being finished.⚠ Commissions that are "ongoing projects", such as conceptual designs, will take longer to complete and require more preparations from both parties in order to be completed successfully.Be patient with me.
